Unlike a house move, the client tasked with an office move often has had no involvement when the company moved in. In fact we have moved some companies that have resided in an office for 25 years or more!

A considerable amount of planning has to take place to make an office move run smoothly and we pride ourselves in working hand in hand with our clients to make this happen.

In additional to the removal, we provide all removal crates and can deconstruct and reassemble all office furniture.

At our first visit we will assess the current property and arrange to visit the new property. We look at practical issues like space and whether the furniture will fit in. We will also discuss the scope of work, our service options and how the move should be communicated with internal members of staff and clients.

We are just one cog in the office move and will need to be part of an integrated plan that ensures the smooth transition to the new premises.

Office Move Proposal

We will provide a full proposal identifying all tasks that need to be undertaken. We ask our clients to consider whether it is possible to undertake the office move at a weekend. Our prices are the same. But with limited parking, shared lifts and neighboring offices, weekend moves are far less disruptive to both the clients business and neighboring businesses on a weekday.
